Making Crochet Hooks more Comfortable

When I get crocheting for more than an hour or so, I find that my wrists start to get sore.  This is likely due to tendonitis.  While it is not flared up right now, after about two hours my wrists get sore and I have to quit.  As a result, I decided to do a search on Ravelry for some ideas about finding something more comfortable. 

I found several ideas, and this one is pretty cool, easy to re-use and economical.  May not be the prettiest, but that isn't always important.

I know my cats loose quite a bit of hair, I just need to look at my comforter for confirmation of that!  But I'm not sure about using that hair to make crafts.  But if you want to try, you may want to purchase this book from Etsy.
